At Nutramaa, we stand behind the quality of every skincare product we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to orders placed directly through nutramaa.com. For orders purchased through third-party retailers, please contact that retailer directly.

Our Return Policy

We offer the following return timeframes based on your purchase date:

  • 0–30 days from purchase: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
  • 30–60 days from purchase: Eligible for store credit only (store credit never expires but has no cash value).
  • 60+ days from purchase: Returns will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unopened and unused (due to skincare hygiene and safety requirements)
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Includes proof of purchase or order number

Please note: Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept empty bottles.

How to Start a Return Request

You may request a return by contacting us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Product(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (for damaged/incorrect items)

If your return is approved, you will receive return authorization and instructions. A prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. customers only. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please include a written note with your:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order number
  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your product leaked during transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • Items are missing from your order

For faster resolution, include clear photos of the product and packaging. We can assist with order issues up to 60 days from the purchase date.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return
  2. Receive approval and return the item
  3. Use the issued store credit to purchase the new product

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts with purchase
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Items purchased with expired payment methods (refund only as store credit)

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift, it is eligible for store credit or exchange only. Contact us with the gift giver’s name and (if available) the order number.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email
  • If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Store credit refunds are issued immediately after approval.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at nutramaallc@gmail.com.

International Returns

We welcome international customers; however, please note:

  • Duties, taxes, import fees, and tariff fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are issued in USD at the current exchange rate

Customs and import fees are collected by your local government and cannot be refunded by Nutramaa.

Important Notes

  • Promo code discounts are not refunded
  • Rewards/points earned from returned items may be deducted
  • Free gifts with purchase do not need to be returned
  • Orders purchased with store credit are refunded as store credit
