Shipping policy

At Nutramaa, our goal is to deliver your skincare products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at nutramaa.com.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

  • Standard Processing Time: 5–8 business days
  • High-volume periods (sales & holidays): 8–10 business days
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day

Once your order is processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $50+
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Delivery timeframe varies (typically 7–21 business days)
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and tariff fees
  • These fees are not included in your order total and cannot be refunded by Nutramaa

If your country is not available as a shipping option at checkout, we may not currently ship to your region.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking link. You can monitor your delivery by:

  • Using the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email
  • Logging into your Nutramaa account

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.

4. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Nutramaa is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Package refusal by the recipient

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check around your mailbox or with neighbors
  • Verify your shipping address
  • Allow 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early)
  • Contact the carrier directly

If your package is still missing after these steps, contact us at nutramaallc@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Note: Nutramaa is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will resolve your case as quickly as possible.

7. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If a product is marked as pre-order or back-order, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately, depending on availability.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some skincare ingredients may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
  • Expedited and express shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes
